About the Institute
Al-Irshad Islamic Institute is an educational, intellectual, spiritual and community-oriented institution dedicated to the development of individuals and society in the light of the Holy Quran and Sunnah.
We teach, we mentor, and we serve. Classes run for children learning to read the Quran, for young people working out how to carry themselves in the world, and for women building both knowledge and a livelihood. Alongside that, our welfare work reaches families in our district who need food, school costs covered, or help after a flood.
Our mission
To promote Islamic education, character building, spiritual development, research, and humanitarian service through the teachings of the Holy Quran and Sunnah.
Our vision
To build a knowledgeable, ethical, and spiritually balanced society rooted in Islamic teachings and service to humanity.
Our values
- Knowledge — learning grounded in the Quran, the Sunnah and honest scholarship.
- Faith — worship and spiritual growth as the foundation of everything else.
- Character — integrity, discipline and good conduct, taught by example rather than lecture.
- Compassion — practical care for the people around us.
- Service — help given because it is owed, not because it is seen.
Community service
Our welfare activity is not a separate department; it is the same people who teach. That includes food and ration support for families in need, help with school and medical costs, and emergency relief when flooding displaces households across Punjab.
How we account for donations
Every donation reported to us is checked by hand against the bank or wallet statement before it counts towards any figure published on this website. Nothing shown on our campaign pages is an estimate or a projection.
