Donation Terms

Please read this before donating. It explains how giving to Al-Irshad Islamic Institute actually works, because it is not a normal online checkout.
There is no online payment on this website
We do not take card payments and we do not have a payment gateway. Donating is a two-step process:
- You transfer the money yourself, using your own bank or mobile wallet app, to one of the official accounts listed on our donation page.
- You then complete the form on that page so we know the transfer is yours.
Submitting the form does not move any money. Nothing is charged to you by this website, ever.
Use only the accounts published on this site
Our official channels are the JS Bank account, the JazzCash numbers and the Easypaisa number shown on the donation page. The bank account is registered as Al Irshad Education Center — that is this institute’s registered account name, and the difference in wording is expected.
We will never contact you asking for a transfer to a different account. If someone does, it is not us.
Verification
Every reported donation is checked by hand against the bank or wallet statement before it counts. Until it is verified it appears nowhere public and is included in no published total. Verification usually takes one to two working days.
We may be unable to verify a donation if the transaction reference does not match any transfer we received, or if no reference or receipt was provided. We will contact you before rejecting anything.
How your donation is applied
Donations are applied to the purpose you select. Where you choose “General Donation” we apply it where the need is greatest. Zakat is recorded separately and applied only to Zakat-eligible use — see our Zakat policy.
If a specific campaign is already fully funded, or cannot proceed, we will contact you before applying your gift elsewhere.
Currency
You may report a donation in a currency other than the rupee. We record the amount you sent in its original currency, together with the rupee value and the exchange rate we applied on that date, so the record stays accurate later.
Receipts
You receive a reference number immediately, and a confirmation once the donation is verified. If you need a formal receipt for your own records, ask us and we will issue one.
Tax
We make no claim that a donation is tax-deductible in your country. If that matters to you, please take your own advice before giving.
Refunds
See our refund policy.
Contact
Any question about a donation: contact us, quoting your reference.
Your support keeps this work going
Every contribution funds teaching, student support and welfare for families who need it. We verify and publish where the money goes.
